Black Fire Alchemy LLC reserves the right to change or modify any or all of these terms of use at any time. I also reserve the right to cancel an order at my discretion. If I cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.
All of my prices are in USD and include sales tax, shipping charges will be applied at checkout.
Due to the very personal nature of these items I do not accept returns on any soaps or bath products.
However, if you are unsatisfied with any product, please contact me within 7 days of receipt with your order number and a brief description of the issue at hello@blackfirealchemy.com
For any of my decor or hand crafted items I will accept returns within 30 days of the original order. please contact me within 30 days of receipt with your order number and a brief description of the issue at hello@blackfirealchemy.com
Please inspect your order once it has arrived and contact me immediately if the item is damaged at hello@blackfirealchemy.com with DAMAGED as the subject and include pictures of the damaged product and package.
Unfortunately, I do not issue refunds or returns on discounted or clearance items, ONLY regular priced items can be refunded.
Mistakes happen and I will do everything within my power to ensure your satisfaction.
In the event that you received the wrong item please contact me at hello@blackfirealchemy.com with the subject WRONG ITEM, include your order number, the name of the product you originally ordered and a picture of the one you actually received. Once I verify that it is indeed the wrong item I will more than happily arrange for the exchange of the item at no cost to you. If your purchase was a soap or bath product, I will need to verify that it has not been opened or used before any exchange is made.
In the event that there is an issue with your order that requires a refund, if approved you will be refunded using your original payment method. Once I have received your returned product, I will notify you of the details of your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
